SoundBoutique.it prepares and ships orders daily from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed starting from the next available business day (Monday). We usually ship the same day, provided your order is placed by 10:00 AM (Rome GMT). This applies especially to items in the “New” category. For Used items, processing times may be longer. Although we test them when we receive them, we always perform an additional functionality check before shipping, which requires extra preparation time. Usually, each order is processed and marked as ready for shipment within 48 hours, except in special cases.

We do our best to ship as quickly as possible — we just ask for a little patience during weekends, public holidays, or promotional periods if any delays occur. Our shipments are always guaranteed, so you can shop with peace of mind.

Standard Shipping within Italy: National courier (Transit time: 2 to 6 business days)

Standard International Shipping with international courier (Transit time: 4 to 9 business days)

• A flat shipping rate of €21.10 applies to all orders.

Additional Information

All products include a 2-year warranty for countries within the European Union. For purchases made with an invoice, the warranty is 1 year.
